How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1ā2 business days. Standard delivery across Pakistan takes 7-15 business days after dispatch. Remote areas (AJK, Gilgit-Baltistan, FATA) may take 5ā7 business days.
What is the shipping cost?
We offer flat-rate shipping across Pakistan. The shipping cost is calculated and shown clearly at checkout before you confirm your order.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details. You can also track anytime on our Order Tracking page or inside My Account.
Do you deliver outside Pakistan?
Yes ā international shipping is now available. Delivery time for international orders is 7-15 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.

What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept:
ā¢ Cash on Delivery (COD) ā Pay in cash when your order arrives at your door.
ā¢ Direct Bank Transfer ā Transfer to our bank account and send us the transaction ID via WhatsApp or email. Your order will be confirmed once payment is verified.
How do I complete a bank transfer order?
After placing your order, you’ll receive our bank account details by email. Transfer the exact order amount, then WhatsApp us your transaction ID and order number. We’ll confirm within a few hours and dispatch your order.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No ā you can checkout as a guest without creating an account. However, creating a free account lets you track orders, save your address, and reorder easily.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact. Please see our full Returns & Exchange Policy for details.
What if I received a wrong or damaged item?
We sincerely apologise for any error. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We will arrange an immediate exchange or full refund.

How do I know which size to order?
Each product page has a size guide link. We use standard Pakistani sizing (S, M, L, XL, XXL). If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a comfortable fit. You can also contact us and we’ll personally help you pick the right size.
Are your products authentic?
100% yes. Every item in the Elhan & Regina collection is carefully selected or produced to our own quality standards. We do not sell replicas or low-quality copies.
